Seven cases of Krukenberg tumor

Abstract
|

|
We have experienced 7 cases of Krukenberg tumor of ovary during the past three and half years survey from Jan. 1970 to June 1973, in Jeonju Presbyterian Medical Center.
Krukenberg tumor is generally believed that it is almost metastatic from G. I.tract or breast, but some of them are primary in nature.
In our cases, 5 cases have distinct origin from G. I. , however, in 2. cases we can´t confirm the accurate original site.
They axe apt to occur in middle age group, but in our series, two cases are happened in younger women.
